Bywater Books is pleased to announce that Thorn by Anna Burke has been named as a finalist for the 2019 Foreword Reviews INDIES LGBT+ Adult Fiction Book of the Year.
As part of its mission to discover, review, and share the best books from university and independent publishers, Foreword Reviews announced their finalists for the 2019 INDIES Book of the Year Awards on March 20, 2020.
More than 2,000 entries spread across 55 genres were submitted for consideration. The list of finalists was determined by Foreword’s editorial team. Winners are now being decided by teams of librarian and bookseller judges from across the country.

Winners in each genre—along with Editor’s Choice Prize winners and Foreword’s Independent Publisher of the Year—will be announced on June 17, 2020, at noon ET.
