The Devil’s Kitchen Reading Awards are judged by the staff of Grassroots, the undergraduate literary magazine published by the Department of English at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Winners receive an honorarium to present a reading and participate in a panel at the Devil’s Kitchen Literary Festival at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
